Seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an impactful, part-time contract position serving schools near Rillito, AZ. As an essential member of the behavioral support team, you'll guide evidence-based practices to make a difference for students and educators alike. This onsite opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, offering 28 hours per week from early September through late May.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience working in school or district settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled in conducting student observations and functional behavior assessments
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a district-wide behavior team, fostering best practices and consistency
  • Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing guidance and support
  • Conduct student observations and perform comprehensive functional behavior assessments
  • Collaborate and consult with educational staff and parents to address student needs
  • Develop, document, and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Deliver professional development and staff training on behavior modification strategies
