\nPosition Summary\n
\nSuperior Comfort is seeking a licensed Master Electrician to lead and perform residential and light commercial electrical work. This role requires strong technical expertise, code knowledge, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Leadership and mentorship of apprentices or journeymen is a key component of this role.\n

\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
\n* Perform advanced electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting\n
\n* Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local codes\n
\n* Pull permits and schedule inspections as required\n
\n* Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide permanent solutions\n
\n* Oversee and mentor journeymen and apprentices\n
\n* Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope, timelines, and pricing\n
\n* Maintain clean, safe job sites\n
\n* Complete job documentation and updates in company systems\n
\n* Coordinate with office staff and other trades as needed\n
\n* Uphold company standards for craftsmanship and professionalism\n
\n
\nRequired Qualifications\n
\n
\n* Current Michigan Master Electrician license (required)\n
\n* Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on electrical experience\n
\n* Strong residential electrical background; light commercial experience preferred\n
\n* In-depth knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes\n
\n* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record\n
\n* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision\n
\n* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills\n
\n* Professional communication and customer-service mindset\n
\n
\nPreferred Qualifications\n
\n
\n* Experience leading crews or supervising apprentices\n
\n* Service-based electrical background\n
\n* Experience with troubleshooting older homes and service upgrades\n
\n* Familiarity with digital job management software\n
\n
