You’ll play a crucial role at the start of the school year, providing direct services to new students, and later transitioning to a collaborative, adaptive schedule that allows for bi-weekly or monthly sessions, as well as virtual services for IEP meetings and team collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with virtual service delivery and participating in IEPs a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseload needs and schedules
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students at the beginning of the year
  • Collaborate with school staff and families during IEP meetings, both in-person and virtually
  • Adjust and manage your service schedule as caseloads fluctuate throughout the school year
  • Provide therapy in accordance with students’ IEPs and best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team members
