Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Indiana

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine needs for physical therapy services

• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Contribute expertise as part of multidisciplinary Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams
