You’ll work full-time (35 hours/week) from 8:15AM–3:15PM, from September 4th to June 25th, supporting an elementary caseload in a collaborative, student-focused environment. Exposure to different workplace practices and leadership styles can only bolster your skills and insight, preparing you to advance further in your field.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid NJ SLP license (CCC required)
  • Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology
  • Ability to effectively serve an elementary caseload
  • Strong skills in assessments, testing, and evaluations
  • Reliable personal transportation and readiness for a manageable commute
  • Must complete onboarding (TB, physical, and fingerprints for both agency and district)
  • Candidates must be fully licensed SLPs—SLPAs and CFs cannot be considered due to supervision limitations

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary therapy services to elementary-age students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, testing, and assessments
  • Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Manage and service caseloads independently within school guidelines
