Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license in Pennsylvania
• Experience working in school-based or early intervention settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student populations and settings
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
• Commitment to best practices in pediatric and educational occupational therapy

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy to students both in the community and in educational environments
• Caseload includes:
  • Full-time early intervention needs (5 days/week) across various community settings
  • Three days/week supporting school-age students in an Emotional Support program
• Assess students’ needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to meet IEP/IFSP goals
• Participate in team meetings and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders
• Foster functional independence and skill development to support each student’s educational journey
