What We’re Looking For:

  • Current state licensure as an SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLPA
  • Prior experience (or enthusiasm for) working in schools or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student outcomes
  • Contribute to eligibility meetings, progress reports, and documentation as needed
