Job Description

This role focuses on providing speech and language services to children ages 3-5 as part of an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program. You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to design and implement individualized intervention plans, making a meaningful impact in children's formative years.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (must be submitted with resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly early childhood or ECSE caseloads, is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of IEP process, progress monitoring, and best practices for pediatric speech therapy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage families and educators
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services for students ages 3-5
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, specialists, and families
- Document services and student progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and staff development activities
Additional Details:
- Located near Blaine, MN with services supporting the district’s early childhood programs
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week)
- Assignments run from late August 2026 through early June 2027
