You’ll lead a district-level behavior team, collaborating closely with educators, families, and paraprofessionals to foster positive outcomes for students. Your expertise will drive the development of effective interventions and professional growth among staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Prior experience working within school settings preferred
- Familiarity with supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong understanding of student observation and functional behavior assessment techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to write comprehensive Behavioral Implementation Plans (BIPs)
- Demonstrated capability to provide consultation and professional development on behavior modification
