Essential Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Previous experience working with elementary-age children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct assessments, provide counseling, and develop intervention strategies
• Aptitude for working with students, families, and educators from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform student evaluations for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions
• Consult and partner with staff to support positive learning environments
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain thorough and confidential student records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
