Compensation for this position starts at $43 per hour and increases based on your experience.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to obtain one
  • School-based OT experience preferred, but strong clinical new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assess students’ motor skills, sensory processing, and functional needs within the educational environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create therapy goals and strategies tailored to each student
  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, ensuring progress toward IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise in student accommodations and modifications
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as part of your commitment to effective, up-to-date practice
