Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing services in Language, Speech, & Hearing, or a California credential permitting services as a Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • California state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience in school environments preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessment, intervention planning, and implementing therapy tailored to student needs
  • Commitment to onsite work; this position is not available for VOCO or hybrid options

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the formulation of student plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
  • Support generalization of communication skills within the classroom and school community

Assignment Details:

  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract duration: August 13th through June 11th
  • All work performed onsite on school premises
  • Compensation for this assignment will reflect the range discussed in the provided details
