Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language difficulties
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Provide targeted therapy sessions, both onsite and virtually, to address specific communication goals
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records and regularly monitor progress
  • Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to promote holistic care
  • Offer guidance and education to help families reinforce therapy strategies
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Eligibility for, or possession of, current state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Direct experience with pediatric or school-aged clients highly valued
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse populations
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • SLPA candidates may also be considered if licensed and experienced in school environments
