Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master’s or specialist-level degree (Ed.S., Ph.D., or Psy.D.) in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist, or eligibility for state certification.
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued and eligible for additional stipend.
- Experience working in school settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results.
- Participate in school-based intervention and support teams.
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective interventions.
- Provide individual and group counseling as needed.
- Support IEP development and compliance.
- Foster positive school culture and promote students’ social-emotional well-being.
