Make an impact as an onsite BCBA/Autism Specialist for the 2026–2027 school year supporting students and educators across four school sites. This contract opportunity focuses on providing critical behavioral consultation, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), creating effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and delivering classroom coaching so staff are best equipped to meet the needs of students with autism.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (verification required upon submission)
  • Extensive experience supporting school-based BCBA services and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability conducting FBAs and designing targeted BIPs
  • Demonstrated skill coaching teachers and paraprofessionals in behavioral interventions and best practices
  • Prior experience supporting autism-specific classrooms
  • Reliable transportation, as local travel between multiple schools is part of the role
  • Willingness to complete drug screening, fingerprinting, and state-required background checks

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with staff to assess behavioral needs and implement evidence-based plans
  • Conduct and document FBAs for students as part of the IEP process
  • Develop, monitor, and revise BIPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Coach teachers and classroom staff, fostering understanding and effective behavioral support for students with autism
  • Act as a resource for families and teams to ensure continuity of care and strategies
  • Travel between assigned schools to provide consistent, onsite support
