Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekly Commitment: 40 hours

Patient Care Focus

• Daily Patient Load: 15 patients
• Care Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Target Population: Geriatric patients aged 55 and older
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with PACE programs; strong geriatric experience is also acceptable

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on geriatric patients

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $70.00 to $90.00.
