Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners effectively to produce high-quality images.
• Follow established radiation safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging studies.
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to facilitate accurate diagnostics.
• Verify imaging orders and assess patient conditions prior to procedures.
• Administer contrast materials in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures and patient interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification and licensure as a CT Technologist.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an academic medical center.
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
