Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving early childhood students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role is ideal for passionate SLPs with their CCCs who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact while collaborating with a school-based team in a supportive environment. The position requires onsite service and supervision of an SLPA and typically manages a caseload of 50-55 students.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active State Speech-Language Pathology License and Educator Certificate
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience working in schools, particularly with early childhood age groups
  • Ability to supervise and support an SLPA
  • Comfortable working onsite; hybrid possibility for candidates capable of in-person SLPA supervision at least 3 days weekly

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language services to early childhood students following IEPs and district standards
  • Complete all documentation, progress reports, and parent communications in a timely manner
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring quality service and compliance with regulations
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and actively participate in team meetings
