Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working with a dedicated ECSE 3-5 caseload near Blaine, MN. This full-time position runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact within an early childhood educational setting.

You’ll play an essential role in supporting children’s communication development and collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. This position is perfect for talented SLPs passionate about early intervention and eager to work in a well-supported, Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Experience supporting children ages 3-5 within school-based or ECSE settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
  • Resume required for submission

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy and consultation services in accordance with student needs
  • Track progress and maintain required documentation
  • Participate in eligibility and planning meetings
  • Partner with families, teachers, and related service providers to optimize outcomes
