Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or in a related educational support position

- Ability to follow teacher instructions, classroom protocols, and school procedures with reliability
- Excellent communication and a positive, encouraging demeanor with students and faculty
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students in both individual and group settings, reinforcing lesson content and classroom routines
- Assist teachers with instructional tasks, classroom management, and supervision of students throughout the school day
- Offer assistance to students with special needs, adapting activities and materials as directed by special education teams
- Help prepare classroom materials, support with organization, and contribute to a safe, respectful classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting observations to the instructional team
