Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Urgent per diem opportunity available for a Staff Pharmacist to provide vacation coverage at a community center pharmacy. This role involves supervising pharmacy technicians and collaborating closely with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
Location: Redding, CA
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Coverage needed from Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily pharmacy operations within a community center setting
- Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting their workflow
- Coordinating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
- Utilizing the New Leaf system (training available)
Desired Experience:
- Recent retail pharmacy experience required
- Comfortable working with pharmacy technicians and overseeing their duties
- Ability to quickly adapt to new pharmacy systems and workflows
