Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Demonstrated experience as a Circulating or Scrub Nurse in the Operating Room
- Advanced knowledge of aseptic techniques and perioperative standards
- Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to thrive in high-demand situations and adapt to varying surgical caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough preoperative patient assessments and accurate documentation
- Promoting patient safety through the entire surgical process
- Maintains sterile field and assists with instrument counts as Scrub or Circulating RN
- Collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
- Provides post-surgical support, documentation, and education as needed
- Ensures infection control measures are followed consistently
