Job Responsibilities- In-house hospitalist position with 24-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, allowing for up to 8 shifts per month.
- The facility handles between 90 to 100 deliveries each month.
- The OB emergency department serves approximately 2,700 patients annually.
- Average daily patient census includes:
- Labor & Delivery: ~5
- Postpartum: ~9
- OB Emergency Department: 8 - 11
- Primary C-section rate is around 25%.
- Responsibilities include performing deliveries, managing labor, and addressing OB/GYN emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with private-practice OB/GYN physicians, family practitioners, and midwives.
- We negotiate competitive pay rates and ensure weekly deposits.
