Cellar Worker - Seasonal | $19/hr | Day & Night Shifts
Job Description
We're seeking experienced Cellar Workers to join a well-established, family-owned winery in Manteca for the upcoming harvest season. This position is ideal for candidates with previous winery cellar experience who are familiar with cellar operations, sanitation, hose management, and supporting wine production. If you've worked a harvest before and enjoy a fast-paced cellar environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Manteca, CA (easy commute from Salida, Ripon, Manteca, Lathrop or Stockton)
Schedule: Must be available to work day and night shifts
Pay: $19/hourly
Job Duties
- Assist with daily cellar operations during harvest
- Move and connect production hoses
- Transfer wine between tanks and production equipment
- Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, pumps, and cellar equipment
- Monitor and assist with wine production processes
- Perform harvest-related cellar tasks as assigned
- Work both indoors and outdoors throughout the shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Required Experience
To be considered, candidates must have:
- Previous winery cellar experience
- Experience supporting harvest operations
- Experience cleaning and sanitizing cellar equipment
- Experience moving production hoses
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work changing schedules, overtime, and weekends during harvest
