Job Description
Make a meaningful impact supporting all grade levels as a school psychologist at a vibrant educational community near East Falmouth, MA. This rewarding contract position provides the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and staff in a collaborative setting during the 2026-2027 school year—starting August 24, 2026, and concluding June 21, 2027. With a full-time schedule across five days weekly and a well-defined caseload of approximately 80 students, you’ll have the chance to contribute expertise and see tangible results.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts DESE School Psychologist License, All Levels (required)
- Previous experience delivering psychological services in K-12 schools preferred
- Strong assessment and counseling skills across a range of student age groups
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across all grade levels
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Serve as a vital resource for faculty and families regarding behavioral and learning interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold ethical standards in each aspect of your practice
