Make a difference in the lives of students for the 2026/2027 school year by providing essential occupational therapy services within a supportive educational setting near Arlington, TX, and North Richland Hills, TX. This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to collaborate with school staff, families, and students, utilizing your expertise to foster growth and success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Texas (OT TX License required)
  • Skilled in school-based OT practices, including fine and gross motor skill development
  • Experience with OT in healthcare or home health settings is a plus
  • Proficient at adapting interventions for student needs within classroom environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ occupational therapy needs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans tailored to student goals
  • Direct students in exercises and activities to improve fine and gross motor skills
  • Track progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and inclusion
  • Attend meetings and contribute expertise to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) teams
