Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or closely related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum three years of OT experience, including three years in a school setting
• State licensure and registration with the Illinois Department of Financial Professional Regulations (IDFPR)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a flexible two- to three-day weekly schedule serving several campuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to K-8th grade students across two to three campuses in North Chicago/Waukegan
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports for IEPs
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for students and staff
