School Speech Language Pathologist - San Marcos, Texas

What We Look For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Eligible for, or possession of, relevant state licensure
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (PK-12)
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for varied communication needs
• Skilled in collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organized, flexible, and committed to student-focused outcomes

What the Work Entails:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to approximately 60 students per SLP
• Work onsite (no virtual offerings) at one or two campuses assigned according to your preference and expertise
• Serve students in a range of educational environments, including PK, elementary, middle, high school, and 18+ programs
• Perform assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Engage in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and parents, and provide training as needed
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines
