Job Description

From August 2026 through May 2027, you’ll provide teletherapy services to a manageable caseload of fewer than 55 students, focusing on speech-language needs in a supportive virtual school setting.
Ideal candidates bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, along with proven success in teletherapy platforms. Your California SLP-CCC credential and prior experience with online service delivery will be essential to thrive in this role. You'll collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure students receive the support they need to develop confidence and communication skills. Preference will be given to those already credentialed.
Key Qualifications:
- Active CA Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) license
- Solid background in pediatric speech and language services
- Demonstrated success delivering therapy virtually or in teletherapy settings
- Experience supporting school-aged populations (elementary through high school)
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Comfortable managing a caseload under 55 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, effective teletherapy services to students in a virtual K-12 environment
- Assess, diagnose, and address a range of speech and language challenges
- Develop individualized intervention plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and attend virtual IEP and team meetings
- Partner with teachers and families to support student communication goals
