Help shape student success and communication development as a contract speech-language pathologist. This exciting opportunity focuses on delivering essential speech and language services within dynamic school environments that include a therapeutic day school, preschool programs, and K-12 settings in the broader Danville, IL area.

We're seeking passionate SLPs who are dedicated to supporting children and young adults as they overcome communication challenges. Ideal Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility), CCC-SLP preferred—CFs welcome to apply
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, pediatrics, and/or teletherapy
  • Working knowledge of IEP development, therapy documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Familiarity with a range of disorders and diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in classroom and virtual environments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy in person and/or via teletherapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to foster student progress
  • Maintain accurate student records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support and mentor SLP-CFs as needed
