Our organization is currently in search of a Full-Time or Part-Time Family Medicine Physician to join the Capital District Family Medicine team. Capital District Family Medicine, located at 1440 Western Avenue, Albany, NY, is looking for a dedicated Physician to enhance their vibrant team of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and have a passion for mentoring and supervising advanced practitioners.

• This facility serves as a primary care hub, catering to individuals in need of a healthcare provider, with a significant portion of referrals coming from the ER for patients lacking an established primary care physician.
• Shared call rotation is approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage.
• The organization is governed by physicians, featuring a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee.
• Flexible scheduling options are available, with both Part-Time and Full-Time positions offered.
• Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) is essential and offers an additional revenue stream.

• Board Certification is mandatory.

Our organization offers a competitive base salary with the potential for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Competitive salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 for Full-Time positions.
• The stated salary reflects the initial range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other applicable cash compensation. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• A starting bonus of up to $75,000 for Full-Time positions (pro-rated for Part-Time).
• A retention bonus of $25,000 for Full-Time positions (pro-rated for Part-Time).
• Resident compensation is available, offering up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
• An APP oversight stipend is available for collaboration and supervision.
