We are thrilled to introduce the launch of our new orthopedic surgery group, St. Peters Orthopedics. Our organization is currently on the lookout for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a specialization in Sports Medicine, particularly in Shoulder Arthroscopy. This is a unique chance to be among the first surgeons in our newly established hospital-employed practice and play a pivotal role in developing a top-tier orthopedic service line.

Position Details- Full-time orthopedic surgeon focusing on Sports Medicine, Shoulder Arthroplasty, and Arthroscopy
- Surgeries conducted at:
- St. Peters Hospital - Albany, NY
- Samaritan Hospital - Troy, NY
- Robust referral network through a comprehensive primary care system
- Support from skilled Orthopedic Surgery inpatient and outpatient APP teams

Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
- Three-Year Guarantee ranging from $725,000 to $800,000 for experienced surgeons.
- The stated salary represents the initial total compensation range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other potential cash compensations relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
