Key Responsibilities- Provide call coverage, including beeper call with a required 30-minute response time.
- Maintain a call ratio of 1:3.
- Manage an average of 7 patients per shift.
- Conduct both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
- Perform essential procedures such as newborn intubation, UVC, UAC, and chest tube insertion.
- Oversee non-invasive and acute ventilation management.
- Handle patient admissions as needed.
