Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois required
- Previous experience working as a school nurse is mandatory
- Prior critical care background is highly preferred
- Experience or comfort caring for pediatric patients with medical needs, especially oxygen support
- Must be available for the full duration of the school year, from August 13, 2026, through May 28, 2027
- Well-organized, compassionate, and reliable

Role Overview:
- 1:1 nursing care for a preschool student during school hours
- Shift each Friday morning, from 8:45AM to 11:45AM
- Monitor oxygen therapy and provide any necessary interventions to ensure student safety and well-being
- Collaborate with educators, other medical professionals, and the child’s family as needed
- Accurately document all care and observations per school protocols
- Proactively anticipate student needs and respond to medical emergencies if they arise
