Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense medications for inpatient care according to prescriptions and hospital protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication management and patient safety
- Monitor patient medication therapies and provide relevant counseling or recommendations
- Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory policies related to pharmacy operations
- Participate in inventory management and medication dispensing accuracy checks
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
