• Coverage: Harrison, Marion, Taylor, Barbour, Doddridge, Lewis & Upshur counties

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled home health nursing care following the plan of care.
\n
• Administer medications, wound/ostomy care, oxygen, and feedings.
\n
• Monitor patient condition, document care, and report changes.
\n
• Coordinate with PT, OT, and Speech Therapy.
\n
• Maintain infection control, order supplies, and ensure medical equipment is functioning properly.
\n
• Complete accurate documentation and incident reports.
