Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement strategies aimed at enhancing functional independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and goals.
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
