School Speech Language Pathologist - Maple Grove, Minnesota

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist working with children ages 3-5 in a respected school environment near Maple Grove, MN. This role spans the 2026-2027 school year, beginning in late August and continuing through early June. Your expertise will support early intervention and communication development for young learners within an ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school-based SLP setting, particularly with early childhood populations
• Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and compliant documentation practices
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver speech/language services
• Enthusiasm for supporting the communication needs of preschool-aged children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services for students aged 3-5 in compliance with IEPs/IFSPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized plans to address communication needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required paperwork
• Participate actively in team meetings, multidisciplinary discussions, and parent conferences
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and support classroom staff in implementation strategies
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with young children and their families

Additional Details:

• Contract dates: approx. 8/25/2026 – 6/10/2027
• Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Caseload focused on ECSE (ages 3-5)
• Candidate presentation requires submission of MN SLP license and current resume
