Your expertise will be vital in delivering suctioning procedures beyond basic oral care and addressing the student's inability to independently clear secretions. This critical, hands-on support ensures safe access to education and daily school life.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Current, active LPN licensure in Georgia
• School-based healthcare experience or similar pediatric clinical experience
• Proven ability in managing complex respiratory treatments and interventions
• Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and collaborative attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized 1:1 nursing care to a student throughout the school day
• Conduct continuous health assessments and implement necessary interventions
• Perform chest physiotherapy and ensure proper respiratory equipment function
• Monitor and document oxygen saturation, intervening as necessary
• Provide safe airway management, including suctioning as required
