Job Description Summary:

\n

Performs and completes diagnostic procedures and follows guidelines set by Grant/Riverside and Radiologic Association.\n
\nThis position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)\n
\nMust be registered in mammography or registry eligible\n
\n
\nHours: 8:30-5 (4 days a week)/Sat Rotation 7a-12p\n
\n
\nThis position qualifies for a $15,000 sign on bonus with a one-year commitment to OhioHealth\n

\n

Responsibilities And Duties:

\n

Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics\n
\nConducts routine and specialized fluoroscopic studies utilizing digital fluoroscope equipment; maintains proficiency in each of these areas\n
\nProvides radiation safety for operator and patient\n
\nPlaces patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.\n
\n

\nAs a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. \n
\n

ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ORD - Ohio Radiographers - Ohio Department of Health\n

Graduate of an approved accredited radiology technology program. Registered with ARRT Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio
