Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure (as required by state or national standards)
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (K-5 preferred)
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and crisis management strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and interpret results for student support planning
- Participate in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
- Offer counseling, consultation, and short-term intervention for students in need
- Support teachers and administration with best practices in behavior management and social-emotional learning
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate on strategies to promote inclusive, positive school culture

With a start date of August 31, 2026, and an end date of June 17, 2027, you'll work 34 hours per week across 5 days. The number of students on your caseload will be determined to ensure a manageable workload and effective support.
