Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy licensure
Proven experience in pediatric or school-based Occupational Therapy
Strong collaborative skills, able to partner with educators, families, and support staff
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable working with diverse student populations across K-8 age groups
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Develop and implement IEP-driven interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams
Educate school staff and families about interventions, progress, and best practices
