What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is an advantage
  • Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Genuine commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and determine eligibility for speech-language services
  • Develop and execute individualized intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to generalize communication strategies across settings
  • Maintain timely and accurate records and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education
