This contract position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students while working onsite in a collaborative and resource-rich school environment. The assignment begins August 13th and runs through June 11th, providing the chance to guide children and young adults to reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holds an Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Deaf & Hard of Hearing, or a valid California Special Education Credential with authorization to teach deaf and hard of hearing students
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Previous experience or a strong commitment to working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for inclusive education
  • Ability to work onsite; this role is not available as VOCO or Hybrid

Role Highlights:

  • Lead instruction and intervention for deaf and hard of hearing students in both individual and group settings
