In this key role, you will provide pivotal supervision for onsite SLPAs and conduct comprehensive evaluations within a supportive educational environment. What we’re looking for:
- Masters or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Current license (or eligibility) for Colorado SLP practice
- Experience with school-based therapy (preferred)
- Previous supervisory experience with SLPAs a plus
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and mentor onsite SLPAs
- Conduct and interpret speech and language evaluations
- Collaborate with educational staff and families
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain student records and compliance documentation
