Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing intervention plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Conducting individual or group therapy sessions based on established goals and teacher/SLP input
- Tracking, documenting, and reporting student progress, ensuring clear communication with the educational team
- Preparing and organizing materials to support therapy activities
- Participating in staff meetings, parent communications, and team conferences as needed
- Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for all students
- Staying informed of best practices and complying with district procedures and state guidelines for school-based services
Qualifications you’ll bring:
- Valid SLPA license or registration as required by the state
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational or therapeutic setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
