Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible gastroenterologist to become part of a well-established gastroenterology program located at our facility in Springfield, Missouri. This program is situated on the campus of a prominent 880-bed Level I trauma center, recognized as the leading referral center in the region.

Position Overview

This role is part of a physician-led group that emphasizes fairness, efficiency, and long-term stability. Physicians within our team have a significant voice in operational decisions, ensuring equity throughout the practice.

About the Facility

• 880 acute care beds with Level I trauma center designation
• System-wide EPIC electronic medical records
• Established referral network from a large multispecialty group
• On-site clinic and endoscopy center for streamlined operations

• Competitive compensation package with a $700,000 guarantee and a $50,000 bonus
• Four-day work week with predictable scheduling
