Job Description
Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting their communication needs in a dynamic school setting. Two exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced School Speech-Language Pathologists for the upcoming school year. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to provide high-quality services, ensuring every child has the tools to succeed.
Openings include one full-time position for the entire school year and one position to cover a 0.8 FTE maternity leave from August 19 to September 30.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication goals
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and district policies
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families
