Qualifications & Skills Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active California SLP licensure or eligibility
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and support IEP implementation
- Maintain detailed records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
