Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Eligibility for Texas state licensure or active license
- Prior experience in schools is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy and diagnostic services to students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across 1-2 school sites
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and participate in ARD meetings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely documentation
